Returns
In store returns on bicycle parts and accessories are allowed within 30 days with a Velosoul shop receipt. Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment that was originally made for the item. All returned parts and accessories must be in the same condition in which they were sold…new!
In store returns on bicycles are allowed within 30 days with a Velosoul shop receipt. Refunds will only be given in the form of in store credit. All returned bicycles must be in the same condition in which they were sold…new!

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash
We do not accept checks.
Layaways
Layaway purchases may be permitted on a case by case basis, at Velosoul’s sole discretion. All such purchases must be paid in full within 90 days. If not fully paid, customer will be responsible for paying Velosoul a restocking fee equal to 30% of the purchase price. Any payments made by customer to Velosoul in excess of the restocking fee may be utilized as store credit toward another purchase. [Example: $700 bike purchased but only $350 paid to Velosoul by end of 90 day layaway period. $210 restocking fee will apply and customer will have a resulting store credit of $140.]
